  The team is super nice and helpful. I love the location, super close to my job. Easy access to i10 and the 375 loop. The rents are really affordable. I will definitely recommend it here and be renewing my contract soon.

  I’ve been living in my apartment for about a month now, and the experience has been wonderful. Rafael is truly one of a kind—when I first stopped by for information on a Wednesday, I had the keys to my new place by Friday. I love that the community is pet-friendly, and the doggy station makes it quick and easy to clean up after my dog. My apartment features granite countertops and some great upgrades, which I really appreciate. There’s also plenty of parking, which is a huge plus. Another thing I’ve noticed is how well the property is maintained—there’s always someone on-site keeping everything clean and in great condition. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a new home. Definitely check out La Jolla!

  Rafael was so helpful and answered all of my questions. He made signing the lease and moving in, so easy. If it weren’t for him I don’t think I would’ve moved in, he sold me on the apartments! He was so kind and caring with clients. He takes his time and doesn’t make the process feel rushed and impersonal. It’s been a few weeks since I’ve moved in and so far so great!

  I had an emergency situation and needed an apartment immediately, and Rafael at La Jolla Apartments truly went above and beyond to help me. He made the entire process smooth and stress-free during a very difficult time. The apartment was completely move-in ready, and he worked quickly to make sure everything was taken care of so I could move in right away. Rafael was extremely helpful, patient, and professional throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer my questions, guide me through the paperwork, and made sure everything was handled properly. His level of customer service is rare and genuinely appreciated. If Rafael isn’t already the property manager, he absolutely should be. La Jolla Apartments is lucky to have someone like him representing their community. I’m very grateful for his help and highly recommend working with him.

  I stopped by for the open house showing of their newly renovated unit, as I’m considering a new job in El Paso. The manager greeted me with kindness and was super friendly! The new upgrades fit my all-black decor aesthetic lol. Unfortunately I won’t be relocating for a couple months! I will be in touch!
