Rose, the manager, is very engaging, attentive, quickly responds to resident needs and approaches every day with a smile. Rose also hosts mini block parties for the residents in appreciation of their long term commitment to the park. She is a true asset to out community.

My grandma has been living in her RV there for the past year, and the staff truly went above and beyond to make sure all her needs were met, especially as she's gotten older and needs a bit more help. From the moment we arrived, the property manager Rose noticed she had mobility issues and immediately offered to install temporary ramps at her site without any extra charge. We declined because I had plans to do it myself. They even coordinated with local services to have a home health aide visit regularly, and one of the groundskeepers personally checked in on her every morning to see if she needed groceries or assistance with her setup. Thank you Rose!
