  I love the space in the apartments, pet friendly , and that they have trash valet.

  this is an older classiec property... although not without its older property issues the staff is absolutely wonderful at addressing problems quickly and efficiently.... it is a challenge sometime but even on weekends they are there to do what needs doing.

  If I could I would leave negative feedback because this place is the most unsafe and disgusting apartments if y’all could run as fast as yall can the service here sucks we have a list as long as my elbow or broken things in my apartment , that the Maintenance team is really horrible they are lazy and just show up to collect a check. My kitchen sink had been leaking for about a month they was supposed to come charge it 3 weeks ago and still nothing . Starting to grow mold and they don’t care about this place you look all over the property it’s trash and things all on the ground . They need to shut this place down . I’m definitely will be breaking my lease . I don’t recommend no body living here unless you want to live in an apartment full of mold . I talked to several of my neighbors and they experienced the same problems and the mangers in the office are lazy and don’t do nothing but sit behind a desk all day.

  Save yourself some heartache 💔 and live anywhere else. My husband is active duty military and we moved to El Paso from Tennessee unable to see the apartment in person and only view pictures online. With some hesitation due to the reviews I decided to give the apartment a chance. Huge mistake and valuable lesson learned, you don’t “give a chance” to somewhere you need to call home. We’ve had nothing but maintenance issues since we’ve lived here, which I can tolerate if the team is willing to immediately resolve the issue, but that has just not been the case. When we moved in the upstairs bedroom strongly smelled of urine and maintenance was called out to steam the carpet. It was completed but the odor of urine never went away. The upstairs shower or toilet began to leak and caused a hole in the downstairs ceiling which was never a priority for maintenance to fix and there is still a hole in ceiling. The downstairs bathroom constantly had water coming up from the pipe and leaving black remains in the tub from the pipes, still water would sit in the tub due to the tub not draining. Maintenance fixed the issue the first time but the issue returned, I called maintenance again about the tub being clogged and they have never returned to fix the issue. I’m moving out in a few weeks so at this point I don’t care to call again about the tub being clogged and have instead discontinued use of that bathroom. The city of El Paso put out a city ordinance that there was a main water break and it caused the apartment complex to not have water, however after it was resolved the apartment had no hot water. I have called about the issue no less than 5 times and was told things like maintenance checked the water for the building and the hot water is working, without ever entering the apartment. I was instructed to let the water run for 4 minutes. That still did not resolve the issue. Upon my last call I was told that maintenance needed to order a part and still have not been updated. This is the second time the hot water has gone out since I’ve lived here and it’s really uncomfortable not being able to shower 8 months pregnant. I had to wipe down my son with soap and wipes before school and he started crying before school because of how cold the water was. I feel like it’s irresponsible to poorly manage facilities that people trust a company to make sure the housing that your paying for is livable. Can we get a 1…2…3 slumlord.

  I love this place I have lived about over 20 different homes , and this one by far is my most favorite . It’s homey, quiet, and the staff are fantastic and super friendly. Everything I’m the inside works and it’s super spacious with good quality everything inside .
