- FGFilipe GonçalvesJun 24, 20242.0I own a TB home down the road in another community, not too far from Headwaters. Their contractors are very average, I'd say some even below average. I'm redoing the tile in my bathroom because some of my tiles look like they were cut with an old blade, they are chipped around the edges. TB will fight tooth and nail to not fulfill costly warranty repairs. The slope on my side yard is not up to standards and when it rains a lot, I have a pool of water accumulated there. This has been a theme throughout other TB homes in the community. In my case they refuse to do anything claiming that my issues are due to my pool construction work (mind you, that is all happening in the backyard, very far from where this issue is). With other neighbors, they find different excuses to exonerate themselves from the responsibility of fixing this. They also gave me many more headaches during construction. Think twice before doing business with them! They charge top dollar and then deliver poorly.
