- MTMary Lou TorresDec 6, 20251.0Bad customer service. We stopped by to get information as to how the process would work to purchase a home. As soon as we walked in all the female employees scattered to hide and a male employee came out. Once we told him we were not sure or how to start to get information if the city would permit our property to have these homes he quickly began saying no to everything. He didn't offer to show us any sample home just in case but just his business card. As we walked out we walked towards a home to see it and even then no one came out. We left his business card on the blacktop outside. I would assume there would be more willingness to sell or inquire more information about your customers to see if there are options, but I guess not. Clayton Homes, Donna TX disappointing.
