  Horrible business. The sales man Beto and the contractor George are the saviors of me even going through with the sale. There was absolutely ZERO communication. I was told to not be in contact with the bank I was lending from because Clayton had all the “professionals” I needed to rely on. It wasn’t until I started working with the bank that I finally got my house delivered and placed on my property. I was lied to about what was happening and they would make up some excuse every other day as to why they couldn’t do their jobs. Kudos to Beto for being professional and reaching out to me from his personal phone to keep things moving for me. He did the managers job, the contractors job, getting in touch with the banks and all else in between. He needs to be running the place.

  I would strongly caution anyone considering doing business with this location. In our experience, they did not uphold their commitments, and once payment was made in full, communication ceased. A family member paid for a home outright and has since been met with silence from the team, especially from the salesman, Jose, who made numerous promises and is now unreachable. We also encountered unprofessional and inappropriate behavior from their contractor, George, who made personal and disparaging comments such as, “Look at your vehicle, I’m sure you can afford it,” and applied undue pressure to buy quickly. While Lenny, the owner, has maintained a professional level of communication and appears to be the only one operating with integrity, it’s unfortunate that his team is undermining the trust and reputation of the business. I hope this review helps others make a more informed decision. We would welcome contact from management to resolve these concerns. We will be contacting the BBB & corporate first thing Monday morning so George & Jose can be held accountable.

  Friendly service. Really nice homes. Clayton is prob the best a mobile home can get.

  Uninformative website lacking the most basics : list of manufacturers, available floorplans, photos, features, what's included in price, etc.
