  Michael was very great. He was very attentive and answered all my questions with ease. And he I think we’re gonna end up signing the lease today. Can’t wait to start living here.

  I was house sitting for a friend while she was away and there was a leak in the toilet. I had her put in a maintenance ticket for it and a maintenance guy was up to fix it within 5 hours. Kemani was really kind and super efficient. He got the wax seal on that toilet fixed in less than an hour

  Kemani from the maintenance team at Midtown 905 Apartments is honestly the best. He helped me out a ton and made the whole process quick, easy, and stress-free. He showed up on time, had a great attitude, and actually cared about getting everything handled the right way instead of rushing through it. You can tell he takes pride in his work and wants residents to feel taken care of. It’s rare to come across maintenance staff that are this professional and helpful. Huge shoutout to Kemani for going above and beyond Midtown 905 is lucky to have him!

  I have loved my experience at midtown so far! The staff is inviting and attentive. You can tell they know their stuff. I appreciate Darby because she is very patient and helpful. She always makes sure my package is in the locker as soon as it is delivered and never fails to have a smile on her face. Love the staff. Love midtown!
