  I'm very happy that my roommate and I moved into Epic. This place is a calm little island in the middle of the storm of life. By that I mean that it is always quiet, the location is great, and the maintenance staff has always been timely with their service. Lastly, I want to say that the office staff is wonderful. Karen and Kenzie had to come into managing a property that was disorganized and chaotic in multiple ways. They have put in an amount of effort that no resident can truly appreciate, including myself. They both deserve raises, promotions, and white gold wings because they are angels. Everything from the audits they have had to do that nobody appreciates them for, to always answering the phone, always responding to emails in a timely fashion, always have such pleasantly welcoming attitudes when I see them in the leasing office, and resolving any financial hiccups that have taken place with our rent balance (none of which were their fault). Karen and Kenzie have truly been shining stars that make this place and the experience of living here so much better. PS: If the owners of the property are reading this, give them raises immediately. Don't be cheap, everyone knows you are filthy rich.

  Kenzie in the leasing office is the reason this place gets 5 stars! If I ever have any questions or concerns she responds quickly via email, phone and has even came to my apartment to talk about it. She has the most personable customer service and doesnt treat you like some random tenant. She has found the perfect balance between acting as a friend AND getting business handled. Great customer service experience with her.

  zero stars if I could let me start out by saying how horrible the management is, my brother lived here for almost 3 years, dealing with roaches pest issues, and when told to the maintenance all they said was tell the manager on top of the rent being outrageous and karen the manager really being a karen not black people friendly they make it look good on the outside but this is the side of epic apartments everyone needs to see terrible roach, infestation, nasty hallways nasty pool nasty management i wouldn’t waste my time or money on top of the rooms and bathrooms being super small move somewhere else get your moneys worth.
