Ary and Madison are the best ever! So kind and attentive! I love living here, will be renewing!
I have enjoyed my time at The Lorimer. The office team and maintenance have always helped me work through any issues I have had! I really like the clubhouse/ coffee machine. I renewed my lease for next year and I am excited. They have made lots of improvements over the past 2 years. Cant wait for more resident events!

Amazing place to live!
I’ve lived at The Lorimer for a while now, and I can honestly say it’s been an incredible experience. The building is well-maintained, and any maintenance requests I’ve submitted have been handled quickly and professionally. The staff is friendly, attentive, and genuinely seems to care about the residents.
My apartment is modern and super comfortable, and the amenities are a huge bonus—especially the common areas, which are always spotless. The location is also perfect, with easy access to transit and the UNT campus within walking distance.
Overall, The Lorimer truly feels like home. I couldn’t be happier living here and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to call home!

Impressive Tour Experience at The Lorimer Apartments
I recently toured The Lorimer Apartments, and I was genuinely impressed from start to finish. The community is beautiful, spotless, and thoughtfully designed, with modern amenities that really stand out. Even though I’m still deciding, The Lorimer is definitely at the top of my list.
A big shoutout to Bella, the leasing professional who helped me during my visit. She was warm, welcoming, and incredibly informative. Bella took the time to show me around, answer every question, and walk me through what living here would be like. Her positive energy and professionalism made the whole tour enjoyable and made me feel confident about potentially calling The Lorimer home.
If you’re thinking about visiting, I highly recommend scheduling a tour—especially with Bella
Absolutely nothing about this apartment is luxurious, do not be fooled by the new amenities. Rent is way too high for what they offer.
I’ve lived in two different units in the first floor. The units are old, ugly, and dirty. I first lived in a 4x4 where the AC froze numerous times. It leaked every time and caused MOLD to develop in our ceiling and walls!!! Such a scary health hazard. The AC completely stopped working in the summer and we were stuck sleeping in hot rooms. The fire alarms went off in this unit so. many. times. Extremely loud and could go on for 10+ minutes, it was genuine torture.
Air circulation is horrible in both apartments, the common area is always stuffy and humid. In my current 2x2, my room gets cold/hot super easily since the AC unit is in my bathroom while my roommate’s room, which is across mine, is hot in the summer and cold in the winter. Pest infestations are also a huge issue here. We’ve dealt with ants, gnats, and COCKROACHES.
I’ve had skincare products go bad in my bathroom from how humid it gets in there. I have to keep my door open after showering. As someone with sensitive skin, I have dealt with a lot of facial acne/dermatitis issues after moving into this apartment. It could be from the humidity, hard water, and/or mold. But my skin looked and felt way better when I lived in the dorms, so I think that tells you enough about the quality of this apartment. My entire body thanks me when I spend time back home.
The pool was closed the entire summer. It is rarely clean and if it ever is, it’s definitely not properly cleaned, so I have never gone in there. The trash disposals are an entire issue of their own. The first floor always gets full. Smells disgusting and is most definitely unhygienic.
I do NOT recommend living in The Lorimer aka 33 North. It might be close to campus but I can reassure you, you’re better off living somewhere else. They’re currently struggling to find lessees, don’t fall for their “specials.”
