  Love it here! We have been here since 2021 and even though management has changed faces, everyone is so kind and makes sure all your requests and everything is in order. The courtesy officer is great as well and responds super quickly to requests. Highly recommend living here!

  My favorite apartment in Denton! The staff is friendly and super helpful! My unit was spacious, and had a fully functional kitchen. Loved having a balcony! And the bathroom was so nice! The apartment also would host get togethers for the residents, I loved the Thanksgiving and Christmas parties! The apartment complex was always cleaned and maintained, and the maintenance was prompt anytime I needed any repairs (which was rarely.) I just moved yesterday and already miss it!

  Por mi experiencia vivida ahi no se lo recomiendo a nadie vivi 1año completo ahi mi apartamento de un momento a otro se lleno de cucarachas iban a fumigar pero parece que lo hacían con agua pq no las mataba en fin decidí mudarme desp de un mes viviendo en mis nuevos apartamentos recivi un bill catastrófico de 1015.00 dolares por limpieza y pintura de apartamento en ningún momento entregue un apartamento destrozado ni paredes con grafitis ni nada la parte donde se ponen los pies en el merendero un poco desgastada por el tiempo q estuvimos viviendo ahi eso basto para q nos cobraran la pintura de todo un apartamento horrible no se cuanto nos hubiera llegado si hubiésemos pasado un año más me sentí estafado por completo he vivido en otros apartamentos y jamas me habían cobrado nada procuro entregarlo impecable pero en este se pasaron no vayas a vivir ahi y si lo vives ten presente q tienes q entregarlo pintado y casi remodelado para q no te cobre nada y aun así creo q lo harán Pongo una estrella porque no me da la opción de no poner ninguna porque no se merecen ni una estrella

  ★☆☆☆☆ A Drastic Decline - Look Elsewhere (3-Year Resident Review) I have been a resident at Eighteen51 Brinker for three years, and my experience has been a tale of two completely different complexes. The first two years were promising; it was a decent value for Denton with responsive management that, while not perfect, addressed issues like problematic neighbors and tried to maintain a good environment. However, a change in management approximately one year ago has turned this place into a stressful and financially punitive environment. The sense of "home" has been entirely erased by oppressive policies and a complete lack of accountability. The single worst issue is the predatory towing and parking enforcement. My vehicle has been towed multiple times from my own assigned complex at a cost of over $300 each time. This is not an isolated incident; I witness residents being towed almost daily. For the high rent we pay, living in constant fear of your car being taken is unacceptable. Meanwhile, management is utterly complacent about issues that truly impact quality of life. The hallways constantly reek of marijuana—a pungent, skunk-like smell that irritates sinuses and causes headaches. Noise from neighbors is frequent and ignored, with thin walls offering little buffer. It is a perfect illustration of their misplaced priorities: vigilant in generating revenue through towing, but absent in providing a peaceful, livable environment. Accountability is non-existent. Expect the "run-around" on any issue. Emails and calls go unanswered, promises are broken, and if the complex is at fault, do not expect a resolution. The only consistent thing is the annual rent increase. While a few front-line staff members are sympathetic, the decision-makers are completely disconnected. My time here has shown me that the initial promise of this community is long gone, replaced by a operation that views residents as sources of revenue, not as tenants deserving of a quality home. I would never recommend living here, and after leaving, I will never, under any circumstances, move back. Please, think twice and read the recent reviews before committing yourself to this cycle of stress.
