  This place is great. We've been here for going on 5 years, since only shortly after it opened. Great amenities, pretty nice neighbors, and damn great staff. Also great placement for quick access to I35 and most places in Denton

  A newish tenant, and gotta say i have been loving the place, nice and spacious, the people around and the staff are all super friendly, community events every month, and plenty of time to relax and find peace.

  I’ve had a great experience living at Eighteen51 Brinker. From the moment I moved in, the community has felt clean, peaceful, and well-maintained, which truly makes it feel like home. The property is kept up nicely, and you can tell that care goes into making it a comfortable place for residents. One of the standout things about living here is the staff. They are always professional, friendly, and responsive. Anytime I’ve had questions or needed assistance, they’ve been quick to help and made the process easy. It really makes a difference when you feel supported by the team in your community. Maintenance has also been excellent. Requests are handled in a timely manner, and the maintenance team does a great job making sure everything is taken care of properly. It’s reassuring to know that if something comes up, it won’t be ignored or delayed. The location is another huge plus. Everything you need—shopping, food, and daily essentials—is nearby, which makes life so much more convenient. Whether it’s running errands or just getting out, it’s all within easy reach. Overall, the atmosphere here is comfortable, safe, and welcoming. I’ve truly enjoyed my experience and feel at home here. I would definitely recommend Eighteen51 Brinker to anyone looking for a well-managed and enjoyable place to live in Denton!

  Amazing apartment complex to live in the maintenance people are on top of it always quick to respond. The community events are always spot on with plenty of refreshments and snacks and bingo is one of my favorite ones they host.

  I love the Apartment it’s beautiful nice view staff are very nice !!! But the Hall way full of Dog hair, its stank like hell the Elevators are nasty as hell smell like Dog. The focus on the front of the Apartments where guest come in to tour. but they Neglect the other parts of the Buildings I wanna reach out to the higher up like corporate this is out hand. And not to mention we pay this high rent for luxury and i don’t see luxury
