  I just renewed my lease for my second year! Astoria is the best student apartments in Denton. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. And it also takes me less than 8 minutes to get to campus. Astoria is a great affordable options for student looking for an affordable apartment.

  I really like it here! I already renewed my lease for next year! It’s really close to UNT and omg I love the pool when it’s warm out! I totally recommend this place to anyone who’s looking for a place to stay.

  This apartment complex is very nice, clean and inexpensive, I have toured this apartment for spring and it was amazing I am very excited to live here next school year!

  I only stayed a couple of months but the apartment I moved into was pretty dirty and the neighbors were always smoking weed. And whenever I move out I returned my keys and they still charged me $275 for not returning the keys even though I gave it to them and showed them proof. Tired reaching out to dispute the charge and talk to them but they just ghosted me and have yet to get back to me and this was well over a month ago.
