  They got the nerve to charge $1550 for a2bd 2 ba with a 3 Star rating drop this down to $1200 you might get more applicants I’ll deal with your issues for this price

  I will never refer another person here, The staff is crooked they lie they post your payment when they get ready they have access to make changes to your account. I moved here in Sept. 2022 to my surprise a bunch of unprofessional leasing agents they don’t know their left from right I knew there was going to be an issue when I kept reporting to the office via email that my account was wrong and I was never able to pay online since day one they finally waited until my lease was up to tell me that I owed money when I know that I didn’t my second month here I had a balance due of over 2,000 that they tried to say I owed this was the second rent payment at the time that I had made. Jay told me several times he would fix it and never did now he’s gone as well as LaQuonia and Cardia they all screwed me over to the point where I was almost homeless and they didn’t care but after everything came to the light and I saw what they did to my account suddenly they are no longer working and there is a brand new staff and they even came in rude and tried to intimidate me Monica did I guess she is the new manager just started here August 2023 and tried to call me a liar in court she doesn’t know anything that happened not the truth or she just part of the scam here. But GOD has blessed me to get a more upscale home and I will be glad to go. I won’t tell you not to move here it’s not my character, but I will speak my truth on my situation and let you decide because that’s what reviews are about. I hate things turned out like they did but it did and I say thank you because I’m moving actually where I have always wanted to.

  Do not move here! I stayed here from Feb 2017 to April of 2018 and it was terrible. I moved out April 7th and was told everything was good to go. A few MONTHS go by and I just received a "third notice" of a minimal balance owed for utilities. Why was I not given a 1st or 2nd notice? Why did they send the utility bill for my last month in July?? Now I have it against my credit. If they would've done the right thing then I wouldn't even be writing this.
