  Toured recently and I love the amenities. Floor plans are laid out really well. It’s super cute. The office staff is real nice and patient, they answered all my questions.

  Muy bonitos apartamentos,un lugar muy acogedor,un excelente trabajo en la oficina,las muchachas muy amables y siempre ayudan a resolver los problemas,la manager Norma excelente persona,siempre al pendiente de que todo esté muy bien y siempre respondiendo cuando necesitamos ayuda,los muchachos de mantenimiento siempre resolviendo nuestras necesidades,muy trabajadores,respetuosos,un excelente equipo,los recomiendo 100%.

  Desde que me mude a tides apt me encanto muy amable el personal k trabaja ahi la Manayer Normita muy amable en todo momento te ayuda en lo k necesitas yo estoy muy contenta de vivir ahi les recomiendo mucho en tides de north Dallas

  This apartment is so disgusting. The ceiling above the kitchen rotted and short circuited the light. Luckily no one was below it because it fell as the ceiling could no longer support it. This is in addition to the patio doors not opening properly and other doors not even being able to fully shut. Gross. Edit. We are still waiting to have this looked at while we breathe in the mold. Reported to the City of Dallas

  Before moving here please think twice especially if you are considering buildings 5, 6, or 7. These buildings are very close to the freeway and the noise is really bad. This was the first problem I faced after moving in. The traffic noise is constant and it can really disturb your sleep. Second, during the winter the apartment gets very cold. It feels like there is poor insulation because even when the heat is on the cold air still comes inside. Another issue is the utilities. Every month the bill is different and I have to keep emailing the office asking for explanations. My last bill was around $150 for utilities even though I was not staying in the apartment for almost a month and barely used anything. That makes no sense to me. Also, the exit gate is almost always open which makes me feel uncomfortable about security. Honestly, I am really thinking about moving out as soon as my lease ends. Just be careful before moving here and make sure you know what you are getting into.
