  I lived here for 4 years. The first two years were actually great. Management was responsive and the amenities were well maintained. But after the property was sold to a new company, things went downhill fast. Management, services, and the overall quality of the amenities all declined noticeably. The gated entrance is basically useless. The mailboxes were broken into and we couldn’t use them for over a month. Several neighbors had their cars broken into and someone even tried to break into my car, the alarm went off. Management didn’t do anything about it. On top of that, Buildings 1 and 2 reportedly have foundation issues, which is a serious safety concern. If you’re thinking about moving here, I would strongly recommend researching thoroughly before signing a lease.

  We’ve lived at the Westside since Dec 2022 and enjoyed our experience when we first moved in. However, there has been a drastic uptick in lack of security/safety. Our gates are left open all of the time, we’ve had several break ins/vandalized cars, and our mailboxes have been broken for months. There is a severe lack of communication/action from leasing. It’s so disappointing because other elements of the village are fantastic but this is getting out of control.

  While trying to get information for an apartment, me being new to the area wanted to get some information from the apartments near by. And the moment I mentioned my price range Kelsey sounded very discouraged and became incredibly rude. She practically gave up on me right away and it was a struggle to talk to her and ask more questions.
