  I have lived here for 3 years now and love the Upper East Side at the village. As long as I’m renting I’ll be here. Most bang for your buck plus the community is so strong here. Maintenance is amazing, the cafe is so fun, and the pools are well kept. Sydney H at the leasing office is AMAZING has helped me with everything I’ve needed plus she has the best personality and humor. Easiest person to be around and talk to!

  Assistant manager Ashley Price came in while I was sitting in the lobby waiting to be help. Doesn’t even acknowledge that I’m there, even after being in her desk for 5 minutes. If I could give 0 stars I would but unfortunately it’s only giving me the option to give one.

  We have lived here for a few years now. Overall, we’ve had a good experience. However, the parking situation has gotten extremely frustrating over the last few months. We’re constantly told we can’t park just feet from our apartment (in the front), in one of the pull in “15-minute parking” spots but it seems to only be enforced randomly, as people constantly park there for days with no issues. The side parking lot is always full, and when I’ve tried to park in my assigned spot in the parking garage, someone else is always parked there, who I'm pretty sure doesn’t even live here. If you’re going to monitor the top parking, at least monitor the garage where people are assigned a spot and literally PAY to park their cars.

  attended the Cafe friendsgiving party last night and it was a blast. I met a few neighbors and we exchanged info. We already plan to hang out this weekend and watch football. Thank you to Liz and the East Side team for throwing these parties and making it a fun community to live in. (plus I loved BBQ)
