  Today (03/07 - Saturdays) I visited this apartment complex to tour after making an appointment online for a tour. I was immediately greeted with attitude as soon as I walked into the leasing office. I informed the lady I had booked an appointment and she immediately interrupted me and said they only do walk ins on weekends. I then responded with confusion as I had booked in advance for an appointment. She interrupted me again and threw her hands up and basically said she doesn’t know and that I can wait an hour and 30 minutes because multiple people were ahead of me waiting to tour. I said okay and wrote down my name and number on the form. She mentioned she’d call me when it was my turn to tour. I never received a call. And In all honesty after the disrespect and rudeness that I received it completely made me not even want to live somewhere like that. Unsure of why an apartment complex would hire such a rude and dismissive individual. I’m not sure if it was the color of my skin that the lady was not fond of but I’ll be sure to tell others that this place is not customer friendly, lacks communication, and does not follow up.

  I lived in The Drey apartments for two years. After moving out, I sent a package there by mistake. I went to ask for it the next day; they said that they would look for it, then let me know once they found it, but I never saw the package again. Someone stole it. Apparently, that’s what they do. It's a shame; it seems like they don’t get paid enough, and they covered it up for whoever did it. I couldn’t believe it. I reached out to the main leasing office i was told that there was nothing that they could do about it. The least you can do is to teach your employees some decency. Be aware of thieves in The Drey leasing office.

  It’s just opened for about 2 years and the quality is already going down. The management has been making a lot of changes and being cheap on us after increasing our rent. They canceled a lot of events and perks but claiming that they are “re-organizing”. It was very good when it opened. But the management decided to make more profits from the residents instead of maintaining the luxurious community. What a shame!
