  I just move in 5 days ago it very nice here I put some work orders in Jamal the maintenance man took care of everything that need to be done in friendly young men I appreciate

  The Manhattan Apartments office staff is awesome very friendly and welcoming, especially princess she’s phenomenal with her customer service and very helpful 10/10 apartment community.

  We’ve been living here for a month and so far the experience has been great! Pros: Office staff are always friendly/helpful, maintenance has been good, attractive apartment grounds, no issues with noisy neighbors, great location, feels safe, NO issues with bugs/roaches, and parking is always available near our unit. Cons: The apartment we’re in is a bit old but it’s been updated so it looks good, surrounding neighborhood can get a bit noisy (traffic noises, honking, etc) but nothing terrible. The only bad thing to happen so far was a one time incident where an Amazon package outside our door was stolen. Not sure if this was a neighbor or the Amazon worker, however, it hasn’t occurred again. We looked for apartments for months and this place really has proven to be great for us. I absolutely recommend this apartment complex.

  I love everything about this wonderful apartment except the strong stink smell from downstairs. I do understand everyone has his right to cook whatever food, but it doesn't mean he has the right to take fresh air from others. It'd be easier if people with different culture backgrounds just show even the basic respect to each other. Fortunately I will move in days... good luck to those who will continue to live here.
