  Wanted to give a positive review for Nate with our Maintenance team for coming in and taking care of my disposal so quickly. He was efficient, very knowledgeable and so polite. I also want to give a shout out to Paulina who has been an amazing Assistant Manager through and through. She works her butt off and I’m hoping that everyone knows how she goes out of her way to make sure that her residence are taken care of to the fullest. Just signed my renewal for my third year thanks guys!

  I want to give a shoutout to the Lucas team—especially maintenance tech Michael for always being so friendly and attentive. Every time I’ve interacted with him, he’s been professional, approachable, and genuinely helpful. It’s always reassuring to see someone who takes pride in their work and treats residents with kindness and respect. Having a strong maintenance team makes all the difference when choosing your next community.

  I am going on 2 years of living here and I absolutely love the apartments. It’s not only in a convenient area (very close to downtown, victory park, Dallas love field ), the property itself is nice, the homes are nice and overall has good up keep. I also believe when searching for apartment homes the other important thing to consider outside of personal convenience, cleanliness and style is how are the property managers/leasing teams and how well is maintenance. I can say with 100% confidence that they are all amazing!! They are all professional, courteous and helpful. Service requests are answered quickly and completed efficiently, and the property staff are always on top of things and never have an attitude. My personal favorite staff is Paulina (i believe she is the assistant property manager) and she is truly a gem! I only give the property 4 stars because genuinely there is not one place that is absolutely always 100% going to be perfect. The residents are all cool but some can be messy like leaving trash piled up in the trash area or letting their dogs poop and pee in common places like elevators, etc and need cleaning up after them. Dont get me wrong it’s not so much that you have to watch your every step but some people just don’t have home training, and that’s not something the property can always help with. At the end of the day we are all grown adults and some people need to learn to treat the property as if it was their own home. Also, we are right across the street from the projects, so take that as you wish. There are times we may see some police activity or unhoused people around in the area but honey, that’s life and the world we live in. I know if you don’t bother nobody 9 times out of 10 nobody will bother you. But if that type of things makes you feel “unsafe” then you may want to look elsewhere. Otherwise, resident gates/door access are mostly always working and if it stops working the property is quick to get it fixed. Resident key fobs are needed to access every floor both on the outside, and inside if your in the stairwells so people can’t freely let themselves in. But again it’s up to residents to not leave the doors propped open and that’s not something the property can always control. Anywho, this is my real and raw review and everything i mentioned if you are thinking about checking this place out as your new home, i encourage you to go for it

  I had a great experience living at The Lucas Apartments for the past two years. From day one, the community felt welcoming, well maintained, and comfortable. My time here was smooth, peaceful, and honestly one of the better apartment experiences I have had. Paulina deserves special recognition. She was patient, professional, and genuinely dope to work with. Anytime I had a question or needed help, she took the time to walk me through things without rushing or brushing me off. You can tell she actually cares about residents and takes pride in what she does, which makes a huge difference. Because of my experience and the way Paulina represents the property, I speak very highly of The Lucas and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a place to call home. If you are considering leasing here, you will be in good hands. Nothing but positive memories from my two years here
