During the first week Ive moved in they have neglected the basics of apartment living. No smoke alarms worked, roaches infested the rooms, mold growing on the windows, door handles coming off and I was towed from my paid parking spot due to an error in the system they have. Only upside is the pricing which will still rob you blind for the quality you recieve. Edit: Dont believe the replies they send for reviews. Ive asked them 5 times to fix things and each time they did the bare minimum and left. Thats just to save their image.

Unfortunately despite the pretty setting, there was no one there for our tour, so unless I did something wrong, no one came. I waited 15 minutes pass the appointment and I had multiple tours scheduled that day. There were also 5 people who were waiting for the leasing office. So either I came at a bad time, or you need to hire more people.

Be prepared for roaches. No matter how many treatments you will get, roaches will always be a problem. Every night you will see 1-4 and it’s absolutely disgusting. I got in the habit of cleaning everything every night and couldn’t help but scan the walls every night and morning to kill every roach I could but they never stop. I bought my own pesticides multiple times and they’d seem to stop for a while but if the entire building, (and sewer), is infested with roaches then treating my apartment wouldn’t really help. The maintenance crew is so wishy washy. My apartment flooded twice in one year and they never came to repair the things damaged after the second time. It’s not my job to repair the broken things nor fight to have them repaired and just decided to move. The third floor toilet had some issue so the water came through the walls to my first floor and the water was disgusting. I had water coming from the tops of door frames and under the walls. Since the apartment is slanted down in ways, the water flowed from the entryway , to the bathroom, to the bedroom closet, to the kitchen under the fridge. I noticed this after I got home from work around 5 and tried what I could to clean up. Then maintenance was able to fix the issue later that night and THEN someone came to try and enter my apartment at 2am using the master key to “check the damage” and completely freaked me out. They never came back after that to fix the damaged things or check the water damage so I put in maintenance request to come check things out which never happened. I then went to the front office to ask for help and they said they would send someone the next day which also never happened. I wasn’t going to fight them to get help so I just did what I could to clean and left the rest. Funny that they of course try to raise the rent as well which is another reason why I moved out. Parking is horrible. You absolutely need a parking pass or you will often be driving around for 30+ mins to get a spot. There are not enough spots for residents and after 9pm on weekdays all the spots are often taken so you are waiting for someone to leave. It’s miserable. Too many residents feel like they can use the parking lot as either a mechanic shop or a place to party. Constantly the apartment sends out notices for people not to work on cars all day out in the parking lot and to not party outside around cars. People always blast music from their cars and drink all night. I’m all for having a good time but there’s a time and place and every night outside by your car is not the time or place. Go inside and drink and play your music loud if you want to party. The ONLY plus for this is the Kroger being across the street to walk to. Almost everything else is a negative and you should avoid living at this complex.
