    La lavandería están de adornos, tienen q andar con la ropa buscando donde lavar y secar porq en cada habitación sirve una oh dos nada más. Voy a la oficina a recargar la tarjeta el único día q puedo lavar y resulta que la oficina dice q está abierta y la puerta está cerrada y nadie adentro, mas de dos horas q estoy tratando de recargar mi tarjeta ya mi día libre paso y n pude lavar. Para q tenemos oficina si siempre está así cerrada oh porq toman mucho tiempo para su merienda. Sin decir q cuando uno llega lo atienden de mala gana cuando renové mi contrato ni copia me dieron ni llave de buzón ni me quisieron mostrar el apt para dnd me iba mover q según tenía q pagar antes para q empezaran a limpiarlo lo dejaron sin filtros la llave de la ducha no sirve en fin.. esta difícil vivir aquí

    As a former resident who has been living in the complex for years please hear me out. Don’t live in these apartments… For one management team is horrible, the way they speak to the residents and handle things is very unprofessional. Both ladies who are “managers” control things very unprofessional. When someone has a concern about their unit they always speak to whom rudely, with attitudes. For second when someone has an issue with their unit they take DAYS to get it fixed. Apartments seem so dirty on the outside, visitors can’t be in the complex after 10pm and please let’s talk about the”curfew” they made on the residents (NO ONE SHOULD BE OUT BY 10pm or they could be a fine). Prices for rent is incredibly expensive for the lack of maintenance and dirty the complex is. Every-time I go into the office they have always been residents having something going on for days and it’s not resolved… my lease will end in a couple of month and will not be renewing due to how rude and unprofessional staff is. Please do better on staff because this is why units are now so overly empty.

    I am writing to formally notify you about the ongoing mold problem in my apartment. I have attempted several times to speak with management about this issue, but no action has been taken to properly inspect or repair it. The mold is affecting my living conditions and raising serious concerns about the health and safety of my household. As you know, mold can cause respiratory issues and other health problems, and it is the landlord’s responsibility to maintain the property in a safe and habitable condition. I am requesting that a qualified professional inspect and remediate the mold as soon as possible. Please provide written confirmation of when the inspection and repairs will take place. I would appreciate a response within 5 business days. If this issue continues to be ignored, I may need to file a formal complaint with local housing authorities, as well as explore additional options available to me under Texas property and habitability laws. My goal is simply to resolve this matter promptly and safely. Thank you for your attention. I look forward to your immediate response

    Customer service is good but I’ve been without ac the whole summer we were given two ac units which only kept the room cool at night but the rest of the apartment was hot winter is here now and my ac is still out which means my heater is out if reported and reported maintenance has came several times and said they had to send someone else here other company’s came said they would order a part that part has been “ordering” since the beginning of summer at this point it’s just a bunch of excuses I keep getting the run around that it’ll be fixed and it never gets fix this issues started before summer started.
