  The AC has not been working for nearly three weeks. I initially reported the issue and followed up in person after one week, at which time I was told that parts were being ordered. However, since then, no technician has come to inspect or repair the unit, and I have not received any updates or timeline for resolution. This situation is becoming increasingly difficult, especially as I have a two-year-old child in the home. While I have been using fans and doing my best to manage, the indoor conditions are not comfortable or safe long-term. maintenance finally came to inspect the unit today. The issue was resolved immediately and did not require any parts replacement.This is concerning,as I was previously informed that repairs were delayed due to waiting on parts, yet no parts were ultimately needed.

  Por favor no vengan a vivir aquí, es pésimo el servicio de administración. Llevo un año teniendo problemas frecuentes con mi aire acondicionado y nunca lo reparan. Ya voy para 15 dias desde que simplemente no funciona mas, y sin solución. . . Please do not come and live here, the administration service is terrible. I have been having frequent problems with my air conditioner for a year and they never repair it. I am going for 15 days since it simply does not work anymore, and without a solution.
