    Update: 4/17/2026 On top of fixing my AC…after 4-5 months mind you. The maintenance’ team idea of ‘fixing’ and ‘repairing’ is breaking my wall apart and putting it together like a puzzle piece without even trying to make it look decent. They also left a mess on my floor (I have a dog by the way) which is a choking hazard for him and enraging to deal with. There has been issue after issue and it seems to be getting relatively worse. Also came home to literal shit water pumping through my bathtub, I tried washing it out with hot water and had to clean it…this is beyond unacceptable. (PHOTOS ADDED AS WELL) If the residents' comfort and satisfaction are of utmost importance to this facility..then why hasn’t anything been done about my central AC? I moved in around the end of December 2025 and it is now the end of march about to be April 2026. Since I moved in, my central AC/heating hasn’t worked. It has been a very exhausting and unpleasant place to live having to live in these conditions. It is almost summer, the heat is unbearable and I am expected to just accept this? I have submitted around 4-5 maintenance requests and each time the men come they say they will fix it and nothing has been done. The last time i submitted a request I received a call saying they had to order a part to fix it…it has been weeks now and nothing has been fixed.. I waited patiently thinking this issue would be resolved and requested a discount on my rent being that I payed to live in this apartment for the central AC and it has been months that it hasn’t worked. They asked if I wanted a window unit in the mean time but I do not. If I am going to pay for an apartment with central cooling-heating do you think I want a window unit installed in my bedroom? No. I have emailed Gabriella about this and she has been radio silent. However, when I email her about other things she gets back to me within 24-48 hours. The least you guys could do is a discount on my rent…I mean cmon now. Would you like to live in a sauna during the summer? Coming home from a 10/12 hr shift expecting to relax and you’re sweating in your own home? Not to mention I have a service animal who is home during the time I work and when I come home for my lunch break/ after work the poor guy is overheated and panting. This is absolutely unacceptable to me and if I could find a way to deal with this legally I would. If you are looking to stay here I do not recommend. Weekends are loud with party’s going on downstairs in building 9 and vehicles blasting music driving past late at night, there’s dog poop everywhere outside, and if you are excited about ‘valet trash’ don’t be. Valet trash workers are young gentlemen who half the time doesn’t even take your trash. There’s countless times where I have had to walk my own trash downstairs and hand it to them and they don’t say 1 word. If I could rate this 0/5 I would.

    I thought to come back and redo this, I was very frustrated for the first few months after moving in, in December, felt all sorts of ways! All my issues have been sorted, I now feel at home and would like to thank Gabbz and oh I forget The Maintenance Manager’s name (Miguel?) very lovely and another lady in the office forgot her name too 🫣 I appreciate it when issues are resolved and it seems their system just didn’t like me in the beginning! I’m loving it here now, if you’re considering staying at The Chase, come join us 🤍🥰

    Gabriella is an amazing property manager! She picks up the phone when you need her too and is accommodating. If you call in and have the oppurtunity to speak with her, consider yourself lucky!!
