  I'm writing this as a service provider (mobile pet groomer) who visited to service one of their residents. The property manager was extremely rude and aggressive over where I was parked. This was the rudest interaction I've experienced in years, and I can't imagine how she speaks to the residents if this was how she spoke to me. I had no problem moving and parking somewhere else, but I was shocked with the way the manager came at me. So crazy to me! You shouldn't be working with people if you can't be polite or even neutral when interacting with others. If this was my company I would fire her in a heartbeat. Super unprofessional and a poor representation for the company.

  A Total Nightmare for Families: Noise, Gunshots, and Zero Security ​If you value your sleep or your safety, stay away from The Brownstones. Between the management's ego and the constant danger, this place is a disaster. Loud, revving engines and screeching tires at all hours of the night. It is a regular occurrence here. ​The "gated community" title is a complete lie. The gates are strictly for show. management even admits this and makes sure it’s in the contract so they aren't liable.

  Security is an Illusion ​Management openly admits the gates are "only for show." They even include language in the contract to protect themselves from liability regarding the gates. ​Gunshots ARE a regular occurrence here. When reported, the manager dismissively told me that "violence has no zip code" instead of addressing the security report. There is a man who walks around claiming to check for fires, but he is visibly intoxicated/wasted on the job. It is unsettling and unsafe. The clubhouse and pool area are constantly dirty and smell strongly of weed. Neighbors smoke heavily, and the smell seeps into everything. Management does absolutely nothing to enforce rules or maintain a clean environment. ​Management Issues ​The staff here is incredibly unprofessional. They are petty, emotionally driven, and egotistical. If you bring up a legitimate concern, you will be ignored or met with an attitude. They do not take their residents' safety or peace of mind seriously. ​ For the high price they charge, this is absolutely not worth it. Your family’s safety and your peace of mind are worth more than this. Do your research, ask around, and take your money elsewhere. ​

  This place is horrible and the manager Christine is a terrible ,disrespectful, rude lady. She will lie to your face and when confronted about the things she said she would get fixed, she will get angry and kick you out of the office claiming there’s no corporate and she is corporate. I have her on video. All she want is the rent for these roach infested townhomes. maintenance is a joke. Stay far away and my name is Natouya. I moved in Nov 2025 and I moved out Jan 11 2026. Don’t let her lie to you because she will try to go back and forth with you and apologize later about the lies she told. I had to stuff a shirt in the ceiling because it had a bad leak. Apt 332
