  I was looking forward to touring the community as I saw lower prices for the sq footage and location. I did see the reviews prior but was willing to give it a chance as everyone may have a different opinion. I made an appointment and when I walked in, the leasing agent "Prince" was very dismissive. I could literally feel 0-motivation! Almost as if he was bothered, he had to get up from his chair. I would be very CONCERNED as the property owner and always trust your intuition! If the property is not leasing/performing. Most likely it is the onsite team. This is coming from a property manager herself! I asked why the unit#1340 was not available to see if it was shown as "available" on the website. He said it was not ready. I asked how many days it had been vacant and he said 100+! I asked why it was not ready as it had been vacant for way too long! He said, and I quote "we just mark the units as ready for the reports and do not get them ready until somebody applies" No I am not making this up and could not believe what he said, I had to ask the same question 3 more times! I was in disbelief! Even if the unit had pest control issues, smell, etc. Professional transparency would have been appreciated! Also there were like 10+ units available on the website that showed as "available" and he said none were ready! I had to literally take the words out of his mouth! He did not offer water, refreshments, he did not greet, offer to sit, offered a floor plan, details, etc. He was so LOW vibrational. Again, I would be very concerned and would not want someone like that as the face of the property. Also, I know it is 2026 but gosh he had like 10 piercings on his face! Also not to mention the pool was black! The property is nice but these people you have in office are tearing it apart! Again, as a person that also works in the industry, this would be a write-up and/or termination. Your office team is causing the property lots of money!

  If you okay with losing everything you ever worked for then this place is for you. November 8, 2025 my car along with 5 others were set on fire due to another residence electric car catching on fire ( speaking there are no charging port inside the garage.) No Management did nothing, they actually close the office same day to avoid dealing with the aftermath, two day before the fire they " tested the alarm system" Crazy, because this all happened while I was sleep in my unit. No Alarms went off No sprinkler system nothing !! They didn't even reach out to those that were affected, No they didnt give us the information that was needed to resolve to issue until days after. Instead the neglected the situation sending out statement letting other residence know that they car park anywhere do to the fire. They Failed to take owner ship in there own property. Lets not forget I was also on the elevator when it stopped and had to call the police to get me out because you cant even use the emergency button to get you any help. This place need is a walking red flag. So if you take pride in what you have and how hard you work for what you have this is not the place.

  Very nice and clean facility, safe environment for our daughter, pet friendly. Friendly staff, exceptional decor.

  Honestly haven’t enjoyed living here at all.. Too many issues for the rent we pay here.

  I love love LOVE Edward, my leasing agent. He is so professional and has the best customer service EVER! Any questions I have, he answers. Anything I need, he's on it! This man deserves a RAISE! 😊 I'm really enjoyed living at the beautiful Southside Flats.
