  Toured today. Loved it! Laura was amazing, took the time to show everything, knew everyone by name that we encountered. She made it feel like a home within a community.If you are looking to rent please ask for Laura. Cindy the property manager was so welcoming as well.

  I am coming up on a year of living at Saddlebrook, and so far it’s been great. This has by far been my favorite apartment I’ve lived in. I have rarely had any issues with my apartment where I need to contact maintenance or just issues in general. This is also a really safe area! The neighbors are incredibly friendly and nice, maintenance and the leasing office is very responsive. There is weekly lawn maintenance so the property is regularly kept up. Overall, no major complaints or issues! I really like how friendly all the neighbors are, it doesn’t feel like you’re in an apartment complex at all which is really cool. Most of the neighbors here have lived here for years. I think that’s a plus because it shows there isn’t a ton of turnaround, and that people like it here, and it feels more like a neighborhood community. I’ve personally never seen that anywhere else I’ve rented from. I also really love my apartment because it is super charming and has big windows with lots of natural light and vaulted ceilings.

  I lived at Saddlebrook for a little over a year and I enjoyed every day I was there. The community is clean, quiet and very safe. All of the ladies in the office are amazing and make sure that any questions or issues you have are immediately taken care of. Of all the places I’ve lived since moving to Dallas, this is the only one that has a REAL phone number that a REAL person answers every single time. Maintenance is on point. I only had small issues come up and those were dealt with either same day or next day every single time. Zero pest issues, no leaks, and no safety issues or break-ins. Truly a great place to live, can’t say enough good things about it! If I ever move back to the area, I will absolutely come back!
