  Robert and Gilberto were amazing, friendly. I put in maintenance request yesterday and wasn’t even expecting them to come fox it until later on, they have already taken care of them this morning! Honestly I’ve seen so much improvement in this apt, I’ve been here since 2020.

  I want to say they have the best management team that managed by Miss Bailey, and the maintenance tennis team they are awesome and very fast too.

  I've lived at Ranch Rancho Palasades since 2012. It's been convient place to live . I enjoy the location. The property has a vacation fype of feeling

  I’ve lived at Rancho Palisades for over 2 years, and unfortunately the living conditions have become very disappointing. Recently, my wife’s car was broken into, items were stolen from my truck, there have been ongoing late-night noise issues, and now my vehicle was damaged during nearby maintenance work. To make matters worse, management has said exterminators were coming for a roach issue, but they never arrived. Residents pay rent expecting safety, maintenance, and peace of mind. Sadly, that has not been the experience lately. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and improves conditions for current residents.

  I would strongly advise staying away from Rancho Palisades. The property is poorly maintained and it shows. There was literally a couch hanging off a balcony on Building 4, which tells you everything about how little oversight there is. Every morning around 3 AM, the garbage truck comes through and makes an unbelievable amount of noise. If you value sleep, this is not the place for you. The grounds are dirty, the environment is loud, and the management team is consistently rude and dismissive when you bring up concerns. Nothing gets fixed, nothing gets addressed, and residents are treated like an inconvenience. There are far better options in the area. Avoid this place.
