  Progress is by far the worst rental agency there is. For the entire year I was there I could not get the door from the house to the garage repaired. They would schedule someone to come out then text me 10 minutes before or they would refuse to do the work that was recommended. Instead they kept trying to put a bandaid on it. This is just the worst of what I dealt with. I’ll never do business with them again.

  I am TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED in this house and the service that I have received since being here I have a 1 year lease and it’s not up until July and we have had a service order in every month since we have been here and each time it takes 3 weeks before someone can come out and the issue still seems to remain we have electrical problems and they still haven’t resolved these issues not only that we were supposed to have an emergency call for my refrigerator that’s been out and they have yet to come out and it’s 5:45pm there are so many problems until I can’t even list everything because I can’t remember everything but this is nerve wrecking and on top of it all they want to raise my rent if I resign another lease

  Started with a rough start with all the AI implementations they are doing but luckily April (REC) and Brandy (REC) stepped in. Once that happened I had a smooth move in process coupled with their wonderful personality made this the best experience for my family of five! Thank you ladies and you deserve a pay RAISE!

  I have been with Progress for a year and I would say it has been ok, I love the home but I need to find something a little less expensive, so I decided I wanted to stay with them just find a cheaper home. They have a home transfer dept that does not speak with customers directly only thru email. I must say this process has been frustrating and confusing to say the least. They have an AI that responds to you with limited intelligence, so the conversation is more one-sided. Not to mention you have to wait until someone contacts you in order to reserve the home. While in this process I have also noticed that they change their rent prices almost daily and not for the good.... The house I was interested in 1st they raised the rent $50 in a day within a week in a half it went from 1770 to 1890. I am not sure I understand why they does this and so often. The 2nd house I looked at, the day after I called to initiate the transfer the house had went up $70. I am not sure how this is legal seems like trying to get over on people.
