  Gave me a crazy marked out moving fee. When I called they told me to pay a different amount and I would be ok. Years later sent me to collection and now have made it difficult for me to get another apartment. They lied about me being late on my last month. I was never late in my 2 plus years of living there. Don’t rent at this apartment!

  Absolutely the worst apartment I have ever lived in. Happily moved out in October 2025. My wife and I had to deal with so much noise from our upstairs neighbors, the neighbors next to us were absolute slobs who would always have a full bag of trash spilling out of their trash cans. They would put it out on days trash was not being picked up. They had a whole lawn care business being run out of the parking lot. There was trash left all over the complex and beer bottles laying around from the people upstairs. I couldn't leave my apartment one morning without getting soaked by the sprinkler system that was going off at 7:30 AM. When we complained about mold, they painted over it and left paint spots everywhere. There was a leak in the wall from a bursted pipe and the maintenance guy did a lazy job fixing it and there is still a water stain/probably mold inside the wall there. I saw the occasional roach, but that was probably the least of my concerns. I felt like I was ill every day and now that I have moved to a much better apartment complex for just a few hundred more, I can say I feel so much healthier not living in that awful Preston Village Apartment Complex. The front desk ladies were okay, but not all the hype that these FAKE 5 Star reviews are posting. Ask them to tour an empty unit so you can see the real apartment, not their dressed up unit to make the place look decent. Also, I would not trust the pool and the gym had half broken equipment that would be dangerous to use if you were not careful. Surprised there was never a lawsuit. But, you do you. If you like it that's your choice, but be warned.

  DON’T LIVE HERE IT’S UNLIVABLE!! There are roaches IN THE WALLS!!! My fiancé has gotten her apartment bug bombed TWICE and it’s only made the problem WORSE. We moved her mini fridge and there were HUNDREDS of roaches living underneath. Not only this but my fiancé was attacked by a pitbull here and the apartment company has still made NO ACTION against the owner. We had to threaten to sue in order for the complex to respond to our attorney and STILL NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE!!!! People are loud. Packages get stolen. I could go on and on. PLEASE DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!

  They are a bad organization, unfair and convenient for themselves, the amount of chiripas there is absolutely exaggerated. I left that property because of its policies. They kept more than 80% of my deposit even leaving the apartment spotless. I don't recommend them. Son una mala organización, injustos y conveniente para ellos mismos, la cantidad de chiripas que hay es absolutamente exagerado. Salí de esa propiedad por sus políticas. Sr quedaron con mas del 80% de mi deposito aun dejando el apartamento impecable. No los recomiendo
