  Preston Bend has been a great place to live. The management and maintenance teams are responsive, professional, and always quick to address any issues. Santos consistently does an amazing job and goes above and beyond. When I had a problem with my washing machine, the team handled it immediately—I had a brand new one installed the very next day. I really appreciate the level of service here and would highly recommend this community.

  Maintenance at Preston Bend is outstanding. Every unit I walked through was immaculate and living here for six months I can see why. The maintenance team member I’ve dealt with is Santos Avina - his work is impeccable. He did a sheetrock repair that was flawless. I knew it was there and I still couldn’t find it. He’s also a real gentleman, truly a professional, and it’s a pleasure to deal with him. Everyone at Preston Bend is super competent, from corporate to reception. I moved from Virginia so I did everything long distance and the whole process was seamless. The fact they have this level of professionalism in maintenance speaks well of the whole organization. I recommend Preston Bend without reservation.

  Maintenance team is always quick to get the job done! No matter how big or small the problem is, they get it taken care of fast! Today I had SANTOS stop by and fix a few things for me. He’s always respectful, clean, and polite. I’ve lived here for many years and I believe maintenance is a big reason why I keep choosing Preston Bend as my home.

  I have lived in this apartment complex for several years, and I am always impressed with the maintenance team. Today, I submitted a work order, and within an hour, Santos was fixing my dryer. He is always professional and very efficient. I am truly grateful for his work and his politeness every time he handles one of my requests.

  I have been living in this apartment complex for a long time, and I’ve lived in other apartments as well. I must say, this is one of the best communities I’ve experienced. I’ve never had any major issues. The property is always clean, quiet, and well-maintained. Maintenance requests are handled very quickly often the same day. Recently, they introduced a text message service for requests, which makes everything even more convenient since you don’t have to call the office. I also enjoy taking evening walks here because the environment is clean and peaceful. I’ve noticed that many residents stay here for years, which really shows how good this place is. I would especially like to mention Sherry (I believe she is still the property manager). She is always very helpful with applications and responds to emails quickly. Santos is also very hardworking Man whenever I need service, he shows up fast with a big smile and gets the job done. I highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone considering moving here.
