  Toured the property and absolutely loved the location. The staff was great very helpful, welcoming, and made the entire experience enjoyable.

  The leasing agent in the office Ryan was fantastic! He was very professional and took me to tour 2 different units. This property is in need of severe maintenance and is pretty dated. Both of the apartments I was shown had some of the worst paint jobs around the baseboards and touch ups I've ever seen. Water damage on the ceilings, and bathrooms needed a better cleaning. I was told both these units were moved in ready. Dead roaches on the kitchen counter and the garbage disposal would spit up dust. One of them the patio was completely covered in bird poop, and there was a nest on the patio. I love birds but I feel like that's something that should be taken care of before you show an apartment to someone. One of the flights of stairs he took me on for a tour had a step that was completely crumbling out. For the price they were quoting about $1,200 for 600 ft one bedroom this property severely lacking in amenities and standard upkeep for this price. $106 in fees, and for $21 the trash fee isn't even valet.
