  PHOTO EVIDENCE: Fake 5-star reviews‼️ To cover up for the bad reviews and hostile complaints from all tenants, the management is trying to buy fake reviews with a 65" TV as reward. THE REVIEWS ARE FAKE! In reality, One90 Frankford is a horrible place to live. 1. POOR CONSTRUCTION & INSULATION : The model apartments used to attract potential tenants are simply for aesthetics. The sound insulation is absolutely poor. Some nights, YOU CANNOT SLEEP AT ALL! The climate insulation is poor as well which will raise your electric bill. Overall, the build quality, appliances installed, and flooring seems to be the cheapest they could get. 2. NO SECURITY CAMERAS : Packages will get stolen from the doorstep. Vehicles get vandalized frequently in the parking lot. There is no security system/footage if anything unfortunate happens. 3. CONSTANT TOW TRUCKS: Cars parked in appropriate spots still get towed! You’ll have to wait 4 hours at the towing lot to get your vehicle and there is no reimbursement from the management even if they acknowledge wrongful towing. 4. GARBAGE/TRASH : The trash isn’t picked up for several days or weeks at times. It smells horrible and the big trash container is also moved to the parking spots if no space is left. Less parking, more trash! 5. HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT : If you have any issues during your residency, there is ZERO help and cooperation from the management. Your requests, emails, phone calls, will always be ignored once you are a tenant. 6. EXTRA FEES : You cannot escape the fees they will charge. Not a single tenant leaves without losing their security deposit. You may leave the apartment in spotless condition, but you will still be charged! 7. AMENITIES CLOSED: The gym, swimming pool will frequently be closed for months at times with without reason. There will be no upgrades to equipment as well.

  I’ve had a great experience living here. The apartment is clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The management team is responsive and helpful whenever needed. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, which makes it a great place to live. Overall, I’m very satisfied and would recommend it to others.

  Excelente experiencia! Estoy muy feliz con mi decisión de mudarme aquí. Las instalaciones son modernas y están impecables, pero lo mejor fue el proceso de arrendamiento. Elizabeth me atendió de maravilla; fue muy profesional, paciente y resolvió todas mis dudas. ¡Totalmente recomendados!

  My name is Kuerton and I’ve live in One90 Frankford over a year and a half . The staff is great . I love Taylor ! She very informative and so sweet. Let’s not forget the nights I don’t feel like cooking . I love the dinner appreciation they give the residents . I do not regret my stay here .

  Loving life at One90 Frankford Apartments! ✨ Newly built, super clean, and beautifully maintained—everything feels modern, fresh, and comfortable. The community is peaceful, safe, and very welcoming, and the management team does a great job keeping everything running smoothly. It’s also very affordable for the quality you get, which makes it even better. Plus, they host occasional events with lunch, dinner, and brunch, adding a fun and social vibe to the community! 🏡💯
