  I’ve lived in many places, but I have never experienced hospitality like I did with Sebastian at Oaks White Rock. To be honest, the property itself is heavenly and nestled right by White Rock Lake Park, but Sebastian is the real reason I decided to call this place home. From the very start, he was incredibly accommodating, even when I showed up late for my tour. He truly listened to my requirements and showed me the exact apartment I’d always dreamed of. The approval and move-in process were effortlessly smooth, but his support didn't stop there. Sebastian personally helped me coordinate my electricity and Wi-Fi transfers, and he continues to be a massive help even now that I’m moved in. If you’re looking for a seamless move and a team that actually cares, go see Sebastian. He is an absolute legend! It is rare to find someone so dedicated to their residents even after the lease is signed.

  Great area to stay in no one bothers you it’s very quiet nice park to walk around have family events etc I love our home it’s only been 3 months no stress maintenance does a amazing job tell them you have a issue they get it done before the day is out of your not staying here your missing out on a great neighborhood

  I went to see about about an apartment and the manger Ruth was very helpful and nice unfortunately they dont have 3 bedroom apartments which i was looking for but I will be recommending people to come here to live tho it looks very nice and Ruth went out of her way by helping me out and she answered all my questions great lady 👍👍

  While I did not end up renting here, Sebastian from the leasing office was an amazing guide around the facility. I was impressed with his professionalism and ability to address the various questions i had. This place itself is lovely since its directly connected to white rock lake’s trail!

  Sebastian was honestly great to work with. He stayed on top of everything and was really consistent with communication. Even when I was super busy and didn’t always get a chance to respond right away, he would still check in and follow up, which I really appreciated. It showed he actually cared and wasn’t just doing the bare minimum. He was easy to talk to, answered all my questions, and made the whole process feel a lot less stressful. From the way he talked about living at the Oaks at White Rock, you could tell he genuinely loved it there — especially being so close to the lake. He talked a lot about the community, the amenities like the sauna, and how much he enjoyed being able to walk his dog around the area. Even though I ended up going a different direction in the end, he still helped me a ton along the way. Solid guy and great at what he does. If you get the chance to work with Sebastian, I’d definitely recommend him.
