  I recently moved into Montford Place Apartments and had an excellent leasing experience from start to finish. Vanessa was the standout — her professionalism, responsiveness, and follow-through made what can often be a stressful process feel seamless. She kept me informed at every stage, from application through move-in, and proactively reached out with updates rather than leaving me to chase down answers. What really set Vanessa apart was how personable she was. She made me feel genuinely welcomed. Her tour of the property was thorough and unrushed — she took the time to point out features I might have otherwise missed and tailored the walkthrough to what mattered most to me. I also appreciated Teressa's help along the way. The building itself is beautiful and clean, which made move-in day even more enjoyable. If you're considering Montford Place, ask for Vanessa — you'll be in great hands.

  I typically don’t do reviews so let lead with that! However, I’ve been working with Vanessa C. And she is a hidden gem at Monfort Place! I appreciate her willingness to always go above and beyond to assist me with anything that I’ve needed. Also helpful with following tru to get any issue big or small taken care up right away! This type of service definitely doesn’t go unnoticed. Thank you Vanessa I appreciate you and I wanted to take a moment to let you know your doing an Amazing job 😊

  Had an appointment scheduled to view an apartment today at 10:30. I get there after about a 20 minute drive, in the rain and the receptionist tells me she can give me the price list but cant show the apartment due to the rain. I understand you may want to bare the elements ,HOWEVER, someone could have at least called me to reschedule instead of allowing a potential renter to waste their time AND gas coming there for nothing. Its a NO for me!!!
