  I just applied for an apartment and I love the customer service Rosie gave me. She walked me through the entire process and made me feel like home. I can't wait to move in. I'm super excited for a new beginning

  I visit my cousin and every time I come here is always very clean. The office staff is very friendly and inviting. I always refer my friends and family to Mariposa. Mariposa seems like a great place to live. Can't wait to be of age to be a resident here!

  Rosie para mi a sido el verdadero ángel me a ayudado me a apoyado en todo desde el inicio aun estando en proceso de la construcción de la comunidad, yo visitaba a menudo la oficina que era un trailer, con mi intensión de tener mi hogar, su carisma y su profesionalismo es excepcional, una maravilla para mi, Dios te bendice Rosie y sigue brillando !!!

  I am a retired Educator and I put in an application back in February 2024, when my husband passed way. I needed to move in June when my lease was up at my present complex. I was told that apartments would not be ready until May 2024. Well this would be fine because my lease ended in June. I went back and was told apartments are not ready waiting on inspection and city ordinance code compliance review for tenets to start moving in. I ended up signing another year because I could not move to Mariposa due to not available to move in, not ready. I was called in September for an apartment but had already signed a new lease in July. I hate that I had to sign a new lease because I truly want to lease with Mariposa Western Heights. I am presently still trying to get in and hope this time there is an available unit. I need to move in June and praying that I can get in. Rosie was a delight to speak with regarding my situation. Perfect office and professional atmosphere. Let me tell you the decor in the front office is very classy and upscale. Hats off to the decorator and the owners of Mariposa Western Heights . Only 4 stars because I didn't get a chance to move in. I am so upset because since my husband passed this is the place I want to call home I give you two thumbs 👍 👍 up and 5🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 for the ambience, decor and the layout of the facility/complex.
