Went for a scheduled tour (tour was only 15 mins) and totally wasted my time. The girl giving the tour was apparently "from a different property" and she did not know any information about the building, the model unit she showed, and did not know what availability they had for my move in date. Talked to someone who I assume is a manager, she gave me information about one unit, despite multiple floorplans being available on the website. Also felt like they did not listen to what I was interested in. Clearly stated I did not want to be on the first floor, and they could only offer me one unit on the first floor. Staff did not seem like they were in the mood to discuss leasing and were eager to finish the tour as soon as possible. Which is a shame, because from what I saw the property looked very nice, but this interaction pushed me to take my business else where.

WARNING! Crime, filth, consistent break-ins, terribly managed! Look somewhere else. Your sense of peace isn’t worth the hassle
The 4.2 star rating is actually from completed maintenance requests. This property is a whole one star. From the day I moved in, everything in the house breaks down.
The hallways barely get cleaned and mopped. The only good thing I got was the city view that I don’t even get to see because once I sit outside I’m hit with the pungent dog urine smell.
Now here’s the worst part about living here: The leasing staff!! Esp that Andrea woman( the one with the eye contacts). Worst person on earth, you have a problem, she will act like you’re inconveniencing her. Why are you in customer service if you cannot service the customers appropriately?! They are all rude and disgusting.
I am counting down the days till my lease ends.

********************RUN!!********************
PESTS:
Ongoing infestations including roaches, termites, crickets, and ants. Management even attempted to blame the ants on my pitbull bringing them in.
UNRESPONSIVE & INCONSIDERATE MANAGEMENT:
Communication is nearly nonexistent unless you repeatedly follow up or physically go to the leasing office. A separate resident dealing with MOLD had to post flyers throughout the building to get a response.
SAFETY CONCERNS:
Frequent crime in the area, including nights with 15+ car break-ins. The property advertises gated access, but the gates are consistently broken, making that claim misleading at best.
FILTHY & NOISY ENVIRONMENT:
Hallways and stairwells are poorly maintained and often dirty. The gym is undersized, and the pool becomes excessively loud during the summer. There are also ongoing issues with pet waste, including incidents from upper-level balconies.
MAINTENANCE ISSUES & HIGH UTILITIES:
Repeated HVAC failures during peak summer months, with indoor temperatures exceeding 80°F and no lasting resolution. Plumbing issues are also present, and electricity costs are unusually high (sometimes $180+/month), likely due to inefficient or poorly maintained systems.
I had a very disappointing experience with the leasing office staff. Diana, the assistant manager, was one of the RUDEST individuals I’ve ever encountered. From the beginning, communication was unprofessional and dismissive. During a phone call, she was rude, made my mother feel uncomfortable, and ultimately stated she did not care whether I chose to rent there before hanging up.
When I came in person to address the situation, the environment was just as unprofessional. There was visible conflict between staff members in front of me, and instead of resolving the issue respectfully, I was told to leave due to their “frustration.”
This level of customer service is unacceptable, especially for a property that expects tenants to feel comfortable and respected. Based on this experience alone, I would not recommend renting here wnd cooperate complaints will be made as well!
