If they say management will be in contact, no they won't. I've been trying for weeks to get someone from management to talk to me, and each time they are either busy or not there, but apparently they'll give me a call. Haven't received one phone call from them.

The thing that makes me upset is they charge me 30$ every month for renter’s insurance while I have provided my insurance to (Ho4verify) stern risk management and they approve it and got confirmation email. I have been fighting for this since my first month here and still no response. I when to office more then 15 times and same answer “We will fix it” or manager is not in office. Management changed almost three times, still they are not able to resolve my case. I sent emails no response, don’t even tell me to reach out because is off no use.
Apartment is infested with roaches, they have plumbing drain pipes issues, toilets clogging etc.
Bad experience, if you don’t need drama.
Vivir en estos apartamentos ha sido una excelente experiencia. Los espacios son muy amplios, cómodos y bien distribuidos, lo que realmente hace la diferencia en el día a día. Además, el servicio al cliente es muy bueno, el personal siempre es amable, atento y dispuesto a ayudar rápidamente con cualquier situación.
Sin duda, es un lugar que recomiendo para quienes buscan comodidad y buena atención en su hogar.

I have lived at La Vera for 2 1/2 years without a single problem, until they switched property management companies to Clearworth Residential. All I have to say is, steer far away from this complex. My entire building was without hot water for 14 days. The leasing office only communicated with myself and the other people in my building twice by mass email. Giving us false timelines and promising a fix that did not happen for 2 weeks. It was only until I called City of Dallas code compliance did anything happen and La Vera finally did something about it. I tried to reach out to Clearworth multiple times daily and no one was returning my calls.
The entire time this ordeal was going on I received only 2 emails communicating what was going on. But best believe they make sure to send out plenty of communication when rent is due.
On top of everything my family and building went through with no access to hot water (which is also illegal to not provide according to Texas Renters rights) they are refusing to compensate me and prorate my rent for the days we went without. Making me pay for utilities I never received.
I would have never resigned a lease with this complex or anything run by Clearworth if I had known this its how they treat their residents. It is abundantly clear they are just money grabbing. Please think twice about applying to live here if you enjoy hot showers. I would not recommend La Vera to anyone searching for a place to live.
