A formal complaint should be filed with the City of Dallas because it’s unacceptable that it feels cooler outside than inside the apartment, and the office doesn’t seem to care. They should change this system that only allows heating or cooling depending on the season because it’s terrible. This winter, there were many days when it was very hot, and the apartments were over 80°F inside while it was cooler outside.
Save yourself the trouble of living in an oven and don’t move to this place. The office and the administration clearly do not care if you are uncomfortable because of the heat. Right now it’s 70°F outside and my apartment has been at 83°F all day. The office is not taking any action to fix this promptly. For the amount they charge in rent, we should have a proper cooling system available year-round.
When you are considering moving in, they will tell you that the system works, but once you move in you will realize that it really doesn’t. You will be very surprised, just like I was. Save yourself this problem and don’t move here.
For the neighbors who currently live here, we should all file a complaint with the city so they actually do their job. An apartment should not be over 80°F because even at 80°F it is no longer considered habitable. Maybe then the office staff will be motivated to work and fix this soon, and find a way to resolve the issue.
Odalis is a terrible representation of this place. She is not friendly, gives rude looks, answers the phone sarcastically, and offers no real solutions. They should hire someone who actually cares about the people who live here—someone who is kind and respectful, and who does not ignore you when you speak with them.

HAHAHAHAHA OH MY GOD YOU CANT MAKE THIS UP. The air conditioning was switched over 3/21/26. It’s broken. The air doesn’t even work. And this is verbatim from the office “we can’t give you a discount on your utilities or rent because then we’d have to do it for everyone, and no one’s been asking” WHAT. So for suffering in this weather, we get a big middle finger from the office. That’s lovely. This is the most incompetent management I have ever experienced in my 12 years of renting. SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN.
UPDATE AGAIN: THE OFFICE JUST SENT AN EMAIL THAT SAID IT GETS “TOO COLD” AT NIGHT TO SWITCH OVER?!? WHAT?!? “It could cause bigger concerns” BIGGER CONCERNS THAN 80 DEGREE APARTMENTS DURING THE DAY?!? And there’s new angry reviews from other current residents from today since they sent that email. The office should listen to their tenants. CHANGE IT OVER. This place is a joke. I’m don’t know how this is legal. Having your windows open 24/7 poses a safety concern!! And all their responses to these reviews are filled with copy and paste jargon that ultimately amount to bovine excrement. This property manager DOES NOT CARE about the tenants.
UPDATE: It has been a week since my original review. The office just said that they are waiting for the company to get back to them with a date for the switch. THERE IS STILL NO DATE FOR THIS COMPLEX TO HAVE A/C. The lady in the office said NEXT WEEK. THIS IS RIDICULOUS. It took a week to contact the company? And another week for an appointment to be made? Why wasn’t this scheduled in advance? I might as well paint my face because I feel like a clown for renting at this complex.
This is my 3rd lease here at this property and it will be my last. This complex is on a chiller system. So in your own apartment you cannot switch between heat or A/C. The office decides that and for the past 3 years, they turned the heat on too soon and the A/C too late. This year is no different. I was told by the office that the first or second week of March the switch will happen. We are having highs in the 80’s for the next week! We have no A/C, they are not offering any portable A/C units in the meantime either. AND the first year I signed here, the entire complex did not have heat or hot water for 25 days in the dead of winter. And they only gave us $100 credit as an apology. The laundry rooms break down and are so expensive, it’s better to go to a laundromat. Broke down un-drivable cars are littered in the parking lots taking up spaces. This apartment used to be sought after with a waitlist and people used to live here for 10+ years. It is mismanaged and an absolute clown show now.
EDIT: these are all complaints that I have voiced to the office and gotten absolutely no constructive advice/action from. I have reached out to the property manager through email and I receive no response back. So reach out? I have. It’s about as helpful as talking to a wall. Give your tenants A/C in 80 degree weather. That’s the solution. We all have the weather app. Y’all don’t know that it gets hot in Texas? The weather took you by surprise?
EDIT: I don’t want to reach out, I have already. Odalis was too busy to answer my email or speak to me on the phone. The only solution to this problem that YOU have created is to give your tenants air conditioning. That’s it. OR provide rental air conditioning units in the mean time (THAT WERE OFFERED WHEN THIS HAPPENED LAST YEAR), OR offer reimbursement for having to purchase one out of our own pockets. It’s absolutely ridiculous. There are elderly people and children in this complex, how do expect your tenants to “deal with it” and “bear with you” as “it is a little uncomfortable” in this weather?!? And in regards to the other issues in this complex, have regular inspections in the laundry facilities, and fix them when they break down? There’s 3 of them. There is no reason why I have to wash my clothes in one and then go to another to dry because one’s dryers don’t have heat and the others washers are broken and filled with rancid water.

I went in today and was helped by Odalis, who was working by herself at the time. She was quick to greet me and immediately offered assistance. I was inquiring about a 3-bedroom, and although there isn’t one currently available for immediate move-in, she was still incredibly informative and kind throughout the entire process. She took the time to answer all my questions, made me feel welcomed and valued, and took my information to follow up in case one becomes available. Great service and a wonderful experience overall!

Poor customer service, terrible service overall, I wouldn't recommend it at all. In addition, they have a disorganized administration and charge inflated bills to cover up their administrative errors.
Go to the website and report all the irregularities that are happening here... and thanks to Miss Odalis for her terrible service.
