  I do not recommend living here. I was told the gate would be fixed, but it never was. As a result, anyone can access the complex. My car was broken into just two days after I purchased it. There are also no security cameras on the property. Please be cautious

  If you plan on living here…don’t. My boyfriend lived here for a year and had an absolutely awful experience. Here are some of the things that occurred. 1. His toilet would not flush more than once in an hour. Maintenance’s solution was to use a water bottle and pennies in the tank, which obviously does not work. 2. My car was towed after being in visitor parking. When I called the leasing office they explained that visitors are supposed to pay $17 each time they visit just to park there. He was never made aware of that. 3. His car got broken into in the parking lot. Complex had zero security cameras so he had no recourse. 4. The gates are always open so there is zero security. 5. His countertops were perpetually sticky. No amount of cleaning of product will get them to unstick. 6. His patio door did not lock or latch. 7. People leave their dogs on the balcony all day/night and they bark constantly. 8. People roll through at late hours (2-3am) blasting music. 9. If he lit a candle or took a hot shower the fire alarm goes off. Their solution was “don’t light a candle” 10. The overhead cabinet in his bathroom was literally falling off the wall. 11. His sink water smelled like eggs. 12. Management was never helpful with anything. They were combatant on several occasions. 13. The pool was closed for almost the entire summer due to residents breaking glass bottles and chairs. And that’s just the stuff I can immediately think of. Overall, it is absolutely not worth it!

  Como es posible que se cobre el parqueadero de visitante además 16 dólares ? Omg que robo en widson departamentos no te cobran en creekside tampoco yo vivía en los departamentos de al lado tampoco son los únicos que cobran por el parqueadero de vístante completa basura lo peor de todo es que lo horrible que ese lugar para que me obligan a pagar, literalmente no digo mentiras desde que estoy aquí aproximadamente dos años, nunca ha estado abierta la piscina, no me voy de esta porquería porque vivo con mis padres y ellos no se quieren ir por el papeleo si fuera por mí ya me hubiera largado
