  I had an excellent experience working with Leisa Estell at Infinity at the Oaks. I explained my living situation to her, and she immediately stepped in to help. She was able to get me into an apartment the very next day after I applied, which meant so much during a stressful time. Leisa was fast, honest, professional, and very polite throughout the entire process. She kept me informed, answered all of my questions, and made everything smooth and easy. If you’re looking for someone who truly cares and gets things done, I highly recommend asking for Leisa Estell.

  Simplemente no te mudes la administración no sabe lo que hace haces preguntas y simplemente te omiten es un asco te quieren cobrar cosas sin demostrar lo que cobran solo teniendo un abogado te dan solución recuerden lo barato sale caro

  Read carefully, look at the reviews before moving I spoke in the office and they convinced me that the reviews only do annoying people, I said inside me it's fine sure it's like that I've been living here for 6 months so far everything very well if they had told me that they want to charge things that are not in the contract which I ignored, this month I get a receipt which they are charging me 3 months of electricity, so I proceed to ask what is happening, when they clearly communicated that they don't offer any electricity service, ok it's okay I've been a week asking them to show me the extracts used in electricity and they simply omit it, I tell them if they are charging me something they should know what they are charging show a detailed receipt of what they charge not just place an amount and you pay it because they say in a few words they are scamming you and keeping your money without giving an explanation they don't show En español Lee atentamente, mire las reseñas antes de mudarme hable en la oficina y me convencieron que las reseñas solo lo hace gente molesta , dije dentro de mí está bien seguro es así llevo 6 meses viviendo aquí hasta el momento todo muy bien si me habían dicho que quieren cobrar cosas que no están en el contrato lo cual ignore, este mes me llega un recibo el cual me están cobrando 3 meses de electricidad, por ende procedo a preguntar que está sucediendo , cuando ellos claramente comunicaron que no ofrecen ningún servicio de electricidad, ok está bien llevo una semana pidiendo que me muestren los extractos usados en la electricidad y simplemente lo omiten , les comunico si me están cobrando algo deben saber lo que están cobrando mostrar un recibo detallado de lo que cobran no solo colocar un monto y ya tú pagarlo porque ellos dicen en pocas palabras te están estafando y quedándose con tu dinero sin dar una explicacion no muestran lo que quieren cobrar no muestran un recibo sólido y no muestran ninguna compañía por otro lado un muchacho vino a ofrecerme una compañía de electricidad con un 50% de descueto y para mi sorpresa el día que fui a la oficina es la misma compañía que me recomendaron la asistente de la manager todo está grabado , tengo cámaras en mi casa por ende quedó grabada la conversación , y se los hize saber y solo se quedaron callados aceptando lo que están haciendo así que estás a tiempo de no mudarte mejor invierte en otro lugar eh recomendado muchas personas aquí y a todos les eh echo saber lo que están haciendo no merecen ni una estrella muy ma lugar en la administración es una estafa

  I HAVE BEEN LIVING OUT HERE FOR OVER EIGHT YEARS. PLEASE DO NOT MOVE OUT HERE. THE PROPERTY MANAGER DOES NOT ANSWER YOUR DIRECTLY. EVERYTHING WITH HER IS A DEBATE. It takes you to go above her just to get anything done. I do believe she needs to get educated or re-educated in her job field. This is the worst ownership/property manager I have seen.

  I recently moved into Infinity on the Oak, and I must say I’m very impressed with the quality of my apartment, as well as the peace and comfort of the community. All of my neighbors are respectful of one another, which truly makes it a great place to live. Ms. Leisa was incredibly kind and helpful throughout the entire application process, and in my opinion, she genuinely shows a high level of care and dedication to the residents.
