  Carisimo el apartamento renovado , infestado de ratas y cucarachas y no solo uno casi todos los edificios tienen , el hombre de mantenimiento el jefe groserisimo y prepotente, me fui de ahí en tiempo y forma pero me dijeron q si seguía ahí no había deuda solo le dije q me iban y me querían cobrar más de 3000 dlls no hallan como quedarse con los depósitos q horror

  If I could give zero stars I would. Being in the industry I am fully aware of all policies and procedures and yet I was given a unit that was not cleaned, not ready, mold in my closet, no hot water and roach infested. Unfortunately I had to move immediately and didn’t for sure these issues, but the office doesn’t follow up with you. I’ve sent multiple emails and hardly ever get a response. And nothing gets taken care of. I had to ensure that they credited me the correct amount t back as they attempted to lowball be with only a portion. I demanded for their supervisors number and awaiting a follow up. Still nothing. I do not recommend moving into this property! ROACHES! GUN SHOTS! Poor makeready and Poor communication. And mind you I haven’t even been able to sleep in my apartment due to all the hazards. I’m over it!

  I was trying to rent a apartment in holboork in jasmine attended me but she treated me badly and told me that immigrants aren't allowed to rent there and me like a united citizen I didn’t like how she treated me but like I saw that she was Hispanic I stared talking in Spanish in she treated me badly in I don’t think that a person like her are to work at this jobs o they should have better education in that they know to behave better so I went to the apartments front and they treated me better so I rent my apartment with them that I plan to live for a lot of years so í don’t know why she treated me this way
