  I am giving this for you on Miss Betty and Eli the managers in the wonderful maintenance staff I am a new tenant and I am very happy and very pleased in my new home and the managers made me feel very comfortable. Thank you so very much Miss Betty and Mr. Eli is the best I would recommend lots of people here

  Affordable for the amount of space you get. Great location. Ms. Betty and the rest of the staff are very nice—they always answer my questions and are genuinely helpful. Highly recommend!

  10/10 recommend moving in to this spacious beautiful townhome apartments , the application process went smoothly! Office staff are very nice and helpful with everything I had questions about.

  If I could give more than 5 stars, I would, and it’s all because of Miss Betty at Highland Creek. I had honestly already counted Highland Creek out, no in-unit washer and dryer was a dealbreaker for me, and I was prepared to move forward with another apartment. That changed the moment Miss Betty called after noticing I had started an application but didn’t finish it, that one conversation completely shifted my decision. She was kind, professional, and truly listened to what I was looking for and my timeline. I originally had my mind set on a specific first floor unit, but she introduced me to a newly renovated option I hadn’t even considered, and presented it so well that I applied the very next day. Now I’m happy to call Highland Creek my new home, and I genuinely don’t think I would be here if it wasn’t for her. Customer service really does make or break a decision, and Miss Betty made all the difference. I’m very particular about where I lay my head, so I made sure to scout the property before applying. I visited multiple times throughout the week and even at night on the weekend, and every time it was quiet, no loitering in the parking lot, and the property is well kept overall with no complaints.
