The maintenance is really quick and efficient! Angel was able to come and fix my washer within 20 minutes. They’re very helpful and reliable!
I'm convinced they pay people to leave fake positive reviews. Just pay a little extra to live somewhere else for better living options, thanks to additional fees like gate fees, etc. Your total cost remains similar, only on a much better-maintained property. My apartment deteriorated significantly after they kept painting over mold, which worsened my migraines and made me dread living there. They enforce absurd rules like fining residents for having a broom on the patio and focus on making the exterior appealing to potential tenants, while neglecting the interior. Most of the wood in my apartment was cracked; one piece was so damaged it leaked water during repairs. My roof leaked twice; they claimed that such deterioration was expected after living there so long... laughable since they say they maintain the property well. My migraines worsened because of mold, so I gave away my furniture and stayed elsewhere for a few months, still paying rent and electricity despite no longer living there. I avoided dealing with them because breaking the lease would have cost much more than their proposed penalties. On the weekend, they hired someone who has no knowledge of anything; she just stays on the phone and is unable to help with absolutely nothing, even relaying messages to those in charge on Monday, to the point I had to start recording our interactions because she wouldn't relay any messages or be of any service. It's so ridiculous. Yes, they came out on top because I’m paying rent while not living there, but I much rather do that than deal with these people. They are the worst and most unprofessional people I have ever encountered.
I had the pleasure of working with Ashley Rodriguez yesterday and I can honestly say she completely turned my experience around. My first encounter with this property was far from pleasant, and I was ready to walk away. However, Ashley’s professionalism, patience, and genuine care made all the difference.
She took the time to provide me with all the information I needed, answered every single question thoroughly, and never once made me feel like I was a bother. She truly listened to my concerns and made sure I felt heard and valued throughout the entire process.Because of Ashley’s outstanding customer service, I am now reconsidering leasing here. She is a true asset to the property, and her dedication to helping clients does not go unnoticed. I’m very grateful and highly recommend working with her.
