Big mistake and honestly, I’m glad I found out before signing anything. I was shown a newer, upgraded unit with white countertops clearly presented as the apartment I would be getting. Based on that, I decided to move forward and applied. After I submitted all my personal information and they ran my credit, suddenly less than 12 hours later that exact unit was no longer available, and I was given no access to it. Conveniently, only older and less desirable units were left. Nique assured me this would be my unit, but once they had my information, everything changed. No explanation, no accountability, and no real help finding a comparable alternative. I even tried contacting the office to speak with a manager about this situation, but got nowhere. At this point, it really feels like this is their method show a desirable unit, collect your personal information, run your credit, and then leave you with something completely different. Be very careful dealing with this place. Read the reviews they reflect exactly what you can expect. Very misleading and untrustworthy experience.
