  I had the pleasure of touring with Tammie and it was the best tour I’ve experienced. She was amazing, kind, informative, very helpful, answered all my questions. Tammie is hands down the best.

  These apartments are nice looking, but that’s all that’s good about this place. If I could rate them 0, I would. After you pay $270 for application fee, you get a ton of documents that you have to sign and be bound by that are ridiculous. None of the following information was given before we paid the fee. You can’t have your car or a friend’s car that is damaged or paint chipped on their property. There is a long list of dog breeds you can’t have. You have to provide bank statements, payroll checks, college acceptance letter, college transcripts, drivers license, car insurance, and more. You can’t have a kitten or puppy, they must be several months old. They have restrictions on tattoos, piercings, and wearing your pants too low. You can’t have any other animal that isn’t a dog or cat. It was beyond ridiculous how much we had to do or couldn’t do once you move it. We decided to forgo the $270 and look elsewhere, which was very hard to do. I believe they should have disclosed all the information on what you can’t do before we paid the application fee, which I thought was very high.

  Estates on Frankford has been a great community for us to live in as roommates. The amenities have been wonderful, the area is very clean, and the whole place has a very pleasant aura overall. In particular, the leasing officers have been really helpful and understanding with us. We had faced some issues, and Sara and Tammy from the leasing office have gone out of their way to help us resolve them. We are eternally grateful, and will always recommend this community to others!
