This is the worst apt complex that I’ve lived at. I lived at Zang for almost 2 years & in those 2 years the apt manager changed 3 times. I had so many issues at this apt complex. First I had issues with my upstairs neighbor throwing dirty water over her balcony & being loud at night. I brought it to their attention so many times and they mismanaged the issue. If you email them they NEVER respond. You physically have to go down to the office each time you have an issue. I also had issues with cockroaches. I had pest control come spray every other week because I had cockroaches coming in through my sink. I would keep my kitchen clean and I still kept seeing them. I reported it so many times and I found out later that my downstairs neighbor was super dirty so his cockroaches were coming into my apt. The maintenance team is cool, but the work they do sucks. I put several maintenance orders in for my floor that was damaged prior to me moving in and they didn’t fix it properly. I gave up on it & just knew I needed to move out asap. The management team is really “nice” but that’s it. No paper trails are kept because they don’t respond to emails. They say something will get done & it doesn’t. Overall just a trash management team. They had to break my lease since for over a yr I reported to them that another resident did not leave me alone. At that point, I feared for my life. Overall, a trash management group and apartment complex. Initially when you sign your lease they ask residents to do a Google review based on their experience on the apt tour so these reviews are not the reality of what it’s like to live at this terrible apt complex. I could keep going on & on, but you get the jist of how crappy this place is.

Great apartment. Great location in Bishop Arts. Great Management office people. Competetive Price.
I lived at Zang Triangle in their spacious 1 bedroom 875 sqft apartment for 6 month. Due to personal life and work location, i had to move out before the my lease was over. But i relocated to another of their sister property in DFW area. My experience at the apartment has been great. Lived on the first floor. Maintenance fixed any small thing i asked in timely manner. Office personnel (Amber, Jesenia & Laura) are very approachable, helpful and very professional. Overall great place to call home. Get your car registered in the separate parking registration system so it doesn't get towed. I made that mistake and own it. Don't make similar mistake.

0/10 would not recommend. The ability to maintain the property is abysmal. Leasing staff is nice to your face, but will not actually do anything to resolve your problems. Maintenance does the best job they can but ultimately they are not a cleaning crew which was needed drastically. The quality of residence moving in, has gone down over the last few years. There is not enough parking for all on site. Great security concerns with homeless living inside the stairwells. Those are just a few of the highlights that I do not miss or experience in my new property in East Dallas.
