Leasing staff is nice to your face, but will not actually do anything to resolve your problems. Maintenance does the best job they can but ultimately they are not a cleaning crew which was needed drastically. The quality of residence moving in, has gone down over the last few years. There is not enough parking for all on site. Great security concerns with homeless living inside the stairwells. Those are just a few of the highlights that I do not miss or experience in my new property in East Dallas.

This tour was definitely a breath of fresh air after touring other communities around the area with terrible leasing agents that hate to do their job, tell you they have nothing to tour, dismissive, ask you to do a self-guided, mediocre customer service, etc. As soon as I walked in, she stood up from her chair and welcomed me in so pleasantly. Not to mention I was 15 mins late to my tour. She was so pleasant with me and my kids. Made me feel right at home. Her customer service is unmatched. Not to mention the property was so clean! 10/10 Recommend! Thank you, Yesenia!
