  These new maintenance guys are clowns, it takes months for them to get a work order done, the work is never done correctly, they don’t do plumbing apparently, barely skilled to work on the air units. They’ll knock on your door, but have a tendency to come into your apartment whenever they feel like it. They claim to always be busy when the complex is barely at half tenancy, and for some reason they're always critiquing your living conditions and haggling jokes. They also live in the complex which is kind of weird. I’ve been here almost 3 years with my daughter and the previous maintenance crew always communicated and got things done.

  Very great place to live in, and a very peaceful area with great neighbors .They have a great front office staff especially Eneida she is the BEST!!!! Very professional, friendly and tremendously helpful! She was very patient to look and accommodate me and my family into a nice spacious apartment . She’s quick at getting back to you with any questions and answers and to me that’s a PLUS!!!! I definitely recommend her and this place to anyone!!!!

  After so many "No's" and being turned away for so and so reasons. Running into amazing customer service person was a blessing. From the moment Vicky answered the phone to when I signed my lease she was warm and welcoming. The property is well kept and the application a smooth process. If anyone is looking for an apartment. Call and only speak to Vicky Perez. She will go above and beyond for you.

  Literally every apartment is a home to millions of roaches and mold. The kids are always up to no good. This is the 2nd time they break my window by playing soccer. There coul'cou been even more accidents like this but the ball just hits the will and not break. I also don't recommend you having your kids hanging around with the other kids. There seem to be lots of bulkies .I remember one time seeing this kid hit anithan child with a rake. There are also lots of thieves. My dad he got robbed at gunpoint. They stole his wallet. There also plenty of car thieves. We're going to move out.
