David and Georgette at the leasing office were very professional, detailed, courteous and responsive in showing available apartments, answering inquiries and helping us in each step of the process. We also made several requests of repairs online. These issues were all fixed within a week. A new set of window blinds were also installed as promised. Edgar was very efficient and skillful in completing the installation job. Villa Piana has a very desirable location, adequate amenities (gym, elevators, parking garage), and secure environment. We are pleased to find out that it is also a caring community. I am thankful for the opportunity to live here. John
