  These apartments would easily be 5 stars if they had security, especially at night when feeling safe matters most.

  If I could give zero or negative stars, I would. Our experience at this apartment complex has been completely unacceptable. After we moved in, we paid our security deposit in full and handed to Zulma , only to later be informed that it was stolen. Management is fully aware of this situation, and we have provided every piece of documentation they requested to prove the deposit was paid. Despite this, they continue to insist that we pay the deposit again. To make matters worse, they are refusing to accept our monthly rent unless we repay the full deposit and are now threatening eviction over a charge that has already been paid. This situation is extremely stressful and unfair, especially when the issue resulted from their own internal problems. I strongly advise anyone considering moving here to think twice. This place is disorganized, unprofessional, and has caused us unnecessary hardship.

  I’ve had an awful experience since living here. The assistant manager and leasing agent do not care if you have maintenance issues in your apartment. Your request will go unanswered for months and you will have to go into the office and keep asking over and over again when it will be completed. They will blatantly tell you it is not a priority. I would not advise anyone to live here. There was rusty water dripping from up above my shower for months causing rust stains and then my ceiling collapsed above my shower.

  No recomiendo que te mudes a esta propiedad mal mantenimiento y administración si decides renta asegúrate de saber cuanto será tu deposito por que no te informan que tendrás que pagar un deposito de 2,000-2,500 te darás cuenta hasta que comience a llegar tus cargos del mes te lo cobraran en cuotas no atiende tus ordenes de mantenimiento. Me movi en septiembre me entregaron un apt solamente pintado mantenimiento y limpieza incompleta y aun no me resuelven nada te recomiendo pidas ver el apt antes de firmar contrato
