After a quick phone call, he continued to harass our company regarding a credit card issue that they never reached out to resolve on an open balance. Have ordered 2-3 containers from the company only to get inconsistent pricing and service. Our location is .5 miles from their location and they have no room on their $350 delivery charge of delivery on container to our location. Truly unreasonable and trying to take advantage of customers. Furthermore the manager Jake Ethridge as I was calling to make payment was extremely rude about resolving the issue. Totally uncalled for. Its truly unfortunate that the dallas operation has such poor individuals running their operation as this is not the case in the other markets.
